All Dynavena feeds are formulated to respect the specific physiology of the horse and ensure a good functioning of its herbivore digestive system.
We give a lot of value to the good physical and mental health of the horse, because it is a fundamental parameter for its stability and well-being. Thus, our products are formulated to respect its microbiota balance and allow good blood sugar levels.

Our objective is to provide the horse with the 40 essential nutrients daily in adjusted quantities, to avoid any deficiency or excess which can damage its health and performances.
Our nutritionists select a large number of ingredients in order to reach a perfect nutritional balance.
More than an addition of raw materials, the formulation and composition of each Dynavena feed are developed through the detailed approach of each nutriment category and in particular: energy, fibres, fats and proteins to cover all the needs of the horse.

Our dedicated plant
ALL OUR DYNAVENA FEEDS ARE EXCLUSIVELY MANUFACTURED IN OUR SINGLE PLANT DEDICATED TO HORSE FEED PRODUCTION AND LOCATED IN BRITTANY (WEST OF FRANCE.
This plant was built in 2005 and is designed for one goal: to produce the most suitable feeds and cover the specific needs of the horse.
The facility uses advance technologies adapted to the horse digestive system:
- an individual treatment for each raw material (cleaning, cooking, rolling and sieving) which takes into account their characteristics in order to get the best quality of each one
- a micronized cooking to ensure greater uniformity of cooking as well as a good removal of pathogens
- a unique blending tool
Our factory has also several quality certifications:
- RCNA (Certification Standard in Animal Nutrition)
- STNE (Good Manufacturing Practice in Equine Nutrition)
- STNO (Good Manufacturing Practice in GMO-free feed (<0,9%))
Security and quality, our priorities
We do not use subcontracting, which ensures the regularity of productions and product quality as well as the full overview of production from the sourcing of raw materials to final product testing.
The automated and fully computerized environment of our plant allows a perfect traceability.
All our Dynavena feeds ensure feed safety thanks to a constant feed formulation and the complete absence of ingredients which could place the physical integrity of the horse at risk (toxic chemicals, medicines, anticoccidial…) or liable to contravene IEF rules or racing regulations.
The selection of our raw materials
THE DYNAVENA APPROACH STARTS WITH THE SELECTION OF OUR RAW MATERIALS
We guarantee the absence of GMO and preservatives in all our products.
To reduce our Carbon foodprint, we give priority to regional supply. 95% of the ingredients used in our Dynavena feeds are from French origin and in particular from the West of France.
Our feeds are formulated with a wide range of raw materials exclusively used for horse feed for their good health and well-being. Their use is validated by a supplier approval procedure, a strict specification and a rigorous control plan.
For a precise monitoring of the different nutrients, we have chosen to include several by-products (soya meal, wheat and rice bran, peas and oat husks, beet pulps…) for their nutritional features and benefits. However, we have excluded other ingredients because they were not compatible with the physical integrity of the horse (such as exclusion of whole-wheat to avoid the supply of acid generating starch which can sometimes cause ulcers).

The choice for Phytotherapy
The benefits of phytotherapy have been well proven. Dynavena has made the choice to incorporate a large number of plants with beneficials properties on health and well-being. For instance they play a role in preventing osteoarticular disorders (bamboo), improving immune defenses (echinacea), fighting against oxidative stress (apple fibers polyphenols, spirulina), reducing the risk of gastric ulcers (sea buckthorn berries) or protecting the renal and hepatic functions.
