Avesne Fibre
The natural feed for horses.
A mixture of alfalfa and grasses, the long plant fibres of AVESNE FIBRE come from different cultures combining floral varieties.
These long fibres are mainly harvested in meadows of Parc Nature Régional du Perche providing a balanced feed, fragrant and very tasty.
The alfalfa and grasses long fibres are sifted and dusted what avoids allergy problems for the sensitive horses.
The plant fibres are dried by a ventilation system at low temperature (45°C) enabling them :
- to highly preserve the nutritional value of fibres (preservation of vitamins, essential fatty acids omega 3).
- to be completely dried, avoiding the mold growing during the winter storage.
The alfalfa and grasses long fibres are important for the horse providing fibre and high quality fibres, which are essential for any herbivore.
