A high-tech factory

All DYNAVENA feed is manufactured in Brittany at its Pléchâtel factory (40 km southwest of Rennes) that has been operational since 2005.

It is unique in Europe for integrating all the cutting edge technologies for producing and packaging top quality pelleted, flaked, expanded and fibre feed in complete safety.

It has a high capacity and operates on a system that harnesses gravity, combining flexibility and industrial efficiency to produce all types of feed, available in the DYNAVENA ranges or made to specific requirements.

The processes, implemented in spotless health conditions ensure that the feed is perfectly safe :

A pelleting line with a thermal preconditioning phase for completely hygienised products.
An infrared cooking line for improved digestibility.
A blending-coating line to fully control the mixture of fragile and diverse ingredients to produce appetizing products without dust or fines.
All types of packaging : bags, big bags, containers, bulk, to meet the varied requirements of customers.

The factory was designed to meet the four objectives of DYNAVENA : quality, performance, safety and service.
